Returns & Refund Policy

At Cloudy Cotton, every product is carefully handmade and inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our baby essentials and hygiene standards, please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Muslin Towels
• Muslin Blankets
• Swaddles
• Napkins & Burp Cloths
• Nursing Covers
• Any other textile products that have been opened, used, washed, or altered.

We also do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Minor variations in colour due to screen settings
• Handmade variations that do not affect the quality or functionality of the product

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during delivery,
• Defective, or
• Different from what you ordered,

please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following, depending on the situation:

• A replacement product
• A full refund
• A partial refund
• Store credit

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom-made or personalized products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
