Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day after your order is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with your tracking details (where available).

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your order within:

1–2 business days for most orders.

During public holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen courier delays, delivery may take up to 3–4 business days.

While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur that are beyond our control.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates.

If you require delivery outside the UAE, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and shipping charges.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value and selected shipping method. Any applicable delivery fees will be clearly displayed before payment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Cloudy Cotton is not responsible for delays or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
